Open Board of Directors Meeting, Monday 26 February, 7:00pmThe CVVHOA Board of Directors will hold an open meeting at 6614 Spotted Trail (hosted by Larry & Alice Allen). The Board invites association member comment on the draft restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's) . Comment may be given at the 26 February Board meeting, or in advance via email or written materials.
Restatement of Restrictive CovenantsThe Board of Directors has been advised that the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants--or Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs)--are not fully compliant with current Texas statute. A committee of fellow home owners and association members has worked with our attorney and the Board to draft restated Restrictive Covenants for ratification by Association members and recording in the county land records.
Please note that these new HOA documents are a combination of NEW requirements on Home Owner Associations by Texas statute, but also reflect a desire of CVVHOA members to have more consistency with operation of the HOA.
The 2018 Annual Assessment of $90.00 due February 15th, 2018.
